Vaccinations: |

As a safety and
health factor to our guests and employees, Jin's Bed &
Biscuits Pet Resort requires that all dogs and cats have their
vaccinations up-to-date and administered by a veterinarian. Owners must
show proof upon check-in, or a copy may be faxed or mailed prior to your
pet's stay.
If due,
ALL shots must be given
no later than 10 days before boarding; No exceptions.

Medication:
Please mark all
medications with your pet's name, dosage amount, name of drug, condition being
treated, and how medication is to be administered. A nominal fee to
administer medication, will apply. A fee of $2.00, will apply to each insulin
injection, administered under the skin.
Emergencies:
Should your pet
become ill, we reserve the right to obtain veterinary assistance from a vet
of our choice at the owners expense.
Reservations:
are required to assure space for your pet. Since we are a
small family owned facility, we tend to fill up quickly, especially over
holidays. During all holiday peak times, it is best to call as far in
advance as possible for reservations.
For the
Christmas and
Thanksgiving Holidays, a
non-refundable
deposit is required
to hold the desired dates.
WE REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT FOR EACH PET BOARDING LONGER THAN 2
WEEKS.
